We partner with Morgan Stanley to build leadership at every level. Designing modular programmes that flex with the firm’s evolution, avoid duplication across the hierarchy, and stretch the learning as responsibilities grow.

The Challenge

We support one of the world’s leading global financial firms.

An investment banking firm who employs across the fields of Sales & Trading, Research, IT, Technology, Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, Portfolio Management, Compliance and HR.

With such a richly diverse range of roles we need to build solutions that continually evolve as the firm does and ensure material and content does not duplicate from one hierarchal level to the next.

The client also requested that our modular solution focus on the same topics but with a greater learning stretch the more senior the role.

The Solution

We designed the Acquire and Inspire programmes specifically for this client, carefully shaping each of the six topics to fit the role and maximise the impact of short 2–3 hour off-the-job sessions every four weeks.

Each session is practical, stretching, and highly interactive.

There’s no death by PowerPoint. Learning is learner-led and focused on the real-world practicalities, challenges, and opportunities of everyday work.

As roles become more senior, the learning becomes more stretching and appropriately challenging.

To support neurodivergent learners, we developed podcast and vlog versions of each programme, giving them the option to learn outside group sessions.

The Result

The Inspire programme equips senior leaders to communicate clearly, collaborate across functions, and lead with confidence, driving meaningful impact on performance and culture.

Enhanced communication, conflict management, and self-awareness strengthened cross-functional teamwork, while strategic delegation and prioritisation helped leaders operate at the right level.

The result: a more effective senior leadership population, stronger teams, and greater organisational impact.

The Acquire programme equipped emerging leaders to lead confidently, communicate clearly, and manage performance effectively.

Participants tackled common challenges like unclear communication, inconsistent expectations, and reactive working. This boosted productivity, strengthened feedback, planning, and delegation, and built stronger team engagement.
