EvalYOUation
We go beyond standard programme evaluation. ‘evalYOUation’ is a framework designed by our sister company, Imaginocity, to put the leaner at the centre of the learning journey.
Together, we explore every step, from understanding learning needs to gathering thoughts on the workshop, to celebrating what you’ve learned, seeing how you’re applying it, and tracking the changes it’s sparking in behaviour.
evalYOUation isn’t about ticking boxes – it’s about ensuring your training translates into real, meaningful impact for each learner.
Desired Results – Focused on the business and senior leaders, this stage checks learners’ alignment with the suggested outcomes.
First Response – We gather immediate feedback, then check in two weeks later to see how well participants are applying what they’ve learned.
Observable Outcomes – At three months, participants review their learning and check how they’re applying it.
Application – At six months, we assess behaviour changes, measure impact, and spot opportunities to make learning even more effective.
Business Results – We then present the evaluation results to senior leaders and the business.
Learning Iconography
Learning Iconography provides a simple, memorable way to communicate complex ideas.
By using relatable associations, it makes strategies and theories more accessible, guiding learners through concepts in a practical and easily understood way.
Phase 1 – Explore & Spark
Diagnostic – We start by understanding your business, your learners, and the challenges you want to solve. This is where we uncover what really matters and where iconography can make the biggest impact.
Ideation – Next, we brainstorm ideas—big, small, and sometimes a bit wild—to explore how visuals can represent your key concepts. Nothing is off-limits at this stage.
Randomise – To spark fresh thinking, we mix up the ideas, challenge assumptions, and explore unexpected connections. This often leads to the most memorable and creative solutions.
Phase 2 – Narrow & Align
Options – We take the strongest ideas and start shaping them into concrete iconography options. Each one is tested against your learning objectives to make sure it works.
Share – We present these options to you and your stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine the direction. Collaboration ensures the icons will resonate with your audience.
Phase 3 – Create & Bring to Life
Sketch – The concepts are sketched out by Scott, experimenting with form, style, and simplicity. These rough visuals help everyone see how the ideas will translate into real icons.
Story – We connect the icons to the learner journey, creating a narrative and storyboard that makes the concepts easy to understand and remember.
Illustrate – Finally, the icons are polished and professionally illustrated in full, ready to be used across learning materials, communications, and strategy documents.
